At times, we can feel like something is missing, as if we’ve drifted away from the wholeness of Life. It’s easy to believe that we’ve somehow become disconnected, and that the answer lies somewhere in the future. But what if there was never anything to find?
Life has always been here, expressing itself in every moment. The feeling of being separate, of being apart from the flow of Life, is just a story that the mind tells. It’s not something that needs to be fixed - it’s simply a movement of thought, another part of Life unfolding.
The Illusion of Separation
We’re often taught to see ourselves as separate from the world, as individuals moving through Life, making decisions, and shaping our experiences. This story of separation can feel very real, but when we look more closely, we start to see that there is no separation - there is only Life.
The sense of being disconnected or apart from Life is just a thought. Life is always happening, right here, right now. The idea that we need to "come back" to Life is simply part of the illusion of separation. In reality, we are Life itself - there’s nowhere to return to, because we’ve never left.
Resting in the Flow
When we stop chasing the idea of something missing, a quiet sense of ease can arise. The need to search, to figure things out, begins to fall away, and we realise that Life is already happening, perfectly, as it is.
There is nothing we need to add or change. Life is complete, and it includes everything - every thought, every feeling, every moment of experience. When we see this, we no longer feel the need to control or resist what is happening. We can simply rest in the flow of Life.
Recognising What Has Always Been Here
Coming back to Life isn’t about finding something we’ve lost. It’s about recognising what has always been here. The sense of separation, the feeling that something is missing, is just another movement of Life, part of the natural unfolding. And in seeing this, we come to rest in the truth that Life is whole, and we are not separate from it.
Life is Always Here
The invitation is simple: to see that Life is already happening, and you are part of its perfect expression. There’s no need to search or to return to anything. Life has always been here, and it includes everything - just as it is.
