Mindful Ted

In 2011, my son Seren and I created the Mindful Ted brand. Ted was introduced into schools, where children, teachers, and parents benefited from mindfulness, finding inner peace and living happier, more meaningful lives.

I have a cardboard cutout of Ted in my studio, and he's been nudging me to bring him out of retirement so that a new group of people can enjoy his wise teachings. Below, you will see an audiobook, which comes with what I call the story companions. These are audio exercises designed to bring the story to life and help children and their parents integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.

It is my hope that you get as much out of them as the children and adults did when they were first created.

Lots of love,

Marcus

The proceeds from the book sales go towards my son’s university education, which starts next year, 2025.
