GROUP CHATS

What a Group Chat Looks Like

In group chats I offer a shared space where we can explore the nature of Life together. These hour-long conversations are light, relaxed, and free-flowing - no deep philosophy or complex spiritual teachings, just an open dialogue around what’s presenting itself for each of us in the moment.

Here’s what you can expect from a typical group chat:

  • Openness and Simplicity: We’ll begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment, simply noticing what’s here. There’s no pressure to “figure things out” - the conversation unfolds naturally as we explore Life as it is.

  • Inclusive Conversation: Everyone is welcome to share, ask questions, or simply listen. The group dynamic allows us to explore different interpretations while recognising the common thread of Life that connects us all.

  • Gentle Exploration: We’ll look at how our thoughts and beliefs shape our experience, noticing where the mind creates unnecessary separation or conflict. Together, we’ll reconnect with the wholeness of Life, beyond labels and stories.

  • A Relaxed Atmosphere: The chats aren’t heavy or formal - just an easy, inclusive exploration of what’s present in our lives, with the aim of deepening our understanding and connection with Life. Group chats are a wonderful way to explore Life as it is with others on a similar journey. Each conversation offers an opportunity to step beyond the noise of the mind and experience the effortless flow of Life, right here and now.

These group chats create a sense of community as we come together to recognise that we are all part of Life’s seamless, natural unfolding. It’s not about striving for peace or trying to control Life, but about seeing through the stories of thought and realising that Life is already happening perfectly as it is.
