LIFE IS...

Contemplations on the Fullness of Life

Introduction

Life is...

Whatever words we put after those two words, defines our experience of Life.

I am...

Whatever words we put after those two words, defines our experience of ourselves.

What would happen if you were to leave those words as they are, and not add anything to them?

Try it, and find out.

The short answer is...

Life is. I am, Life.

Really, that's all you need to know - and in fact, all you can know - about Life and about yourself. They are one and the same, without division or separation.

This might not be clear to you right now, but it is my hope that by the time you come to the end of these contemplations, you will be more sure of this than anything you've understood about yourself and of Life thus far.

Here's to clear seeing and simply being.

The Uniqueness of You

Like a snowflake upon the wind, your presence in this world is a singular masterpiece. Life has never expressed itself in the way it does through you, and it never will again. Can you see the beauty in this? You are not a small, insignificant being, but the very breath of Life, unique and irreplaceable. In every step you take, Life unfolds itself in a way it never has before. Celebrate this. For in knowing you are Life's one-of-a-kind expression, you will no longer feel the need to compare or conform. You are already Life's perfect creation, whole and complete.
